I've created a custom education plan tailored to each client's situation that educates them before we start and during the entire process. This allows them to make confident smart decisions instead of blindly following their Realtor.

About Shanequa Jones
I've been in love with real estate since 2004 when the house flipping shows caught my attention. I've watched almost every episode of "Flip this House" and "Property Ladder".
At that time, I started investing in real estate. I bought a few rentals and sold some houses for myself. Unfortunately, I also make a boat load of mistakes. I don't regret it though because it's helped me grow as an investor.
I got my real estate license in 2014. I was only using it for investing at first. Later, I started helping friends because they were coming to me with all kinds of questions. Truthfully, I never thought I would enjoy being a regular agent. Boy, was I wrong.
So with all that said, welcome to my website and hopefully we can work together.
I love exercising, playing the drums, being silly, and eating cereal. I'm a cereal killer. Get it lol.
